By creating an account or using Card6, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Card6 allows you to create and share digital business cards. The service is provided free of charge and "as is", without any guarantee of uptime or availability.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Card6.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You may not create accounts for others without their consent.

You agree not to use Card6 to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (card information, photos). By uploading content you grant Card6 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you publish.

The Card6 name, logo, and product are owned by Card6. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Card6 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card6 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of Card6 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
